DopeSpin 1-Year Limited Warranty

DopeSpin warrants that your DopeSpin device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

What Is Covered

During the warranty period, if your DopeSpin device experiences a failure caused by a defect in materials, electronics, or workmanship, DopeSpin will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the device;

  • Replace the device with a new or functionally equivalent device; or

  • Provide a refund if repair or replacement is not reasonably available.

Any repaired or replacement device will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Drops, impacts, crushing, or other accidental physical damage;

  • Water or liquid intrusion;

  • Fire, excessive heat, or improper storage;

  • Misuse, abuse, or use outside the device's intended purpose;

  • Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair;

  • Use with incompatible or damaged accessories, chargers, or power sources;

  • Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, or other appearance changes that do not affect functionality; or

  • Normal battery capacity degradation over time.

A battery that fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period is covered.

Ballistic Calculations

DopeSpin is a ballistic calculation and informational tool. Ballistic solutions are estimates based on user-entered information, environmental conditions, ammunition characteristics, firearm configuration, and other variables.

DopeSpin does not guarantee point of impact, accuracy, hit probability, or shooting results. Users are responsible for verifying ballistic data and using the device appropriately and safely.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, contact DopeSpin with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue before returning the device. Do not ship a device to DopeSpin without first receiving return authorization.

DopeSpin may request photographs, video, diagnostic information, or other reasonable information to help determine the cause of the issue.

Eligibility

This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of a DopeSpin device purchased directly from DopeSpin or from an authorized DopeSpin dealer.

Proof of purchase may be required.

Limitation of Warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE EXPRESS WARRANTY PROVIDED BY DOPESPIN. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

DOPESPIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
